The project
SYNCLUSIVE is a research and innovation project testing and studying an innovative, integral, and interdisciplinary systems’ approach to stimulate inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labour market. The project is carried out by sixteen research, academic and stakeholder organizations and SMEs across Europe. It will use Living Labs as a central research approach.
Who is it for?
SYNCLUSIVE’s vision is that stimulating labour market mobility of current employees in organisations creates traction for inclusion of vulnerable job seekers in the regional labour market. To create labour market mobility and at the same time mitigate discrimination an innovative system-oriented approach is required.
Digital Living Lab
The Digital Living Lab encompasses a set of actions in the fields of education, professional training, and R&D on a national scale. We aim to operate in a participant-oriented learning environment, akin to the environment of a professional life project.
Our Purpose
The Entrepreneur Network’s purpose is to foster dialogue, initiatives, and projects among academia, industry, and government, aligning with the strategic direction of the Synclusive project.
Our initiatives
Initiatives such as courses, mentorship programs, project participation, internships/hiring are conducted in collaboration with partner entities of the Network. These initiatives aim to scale learning in different study areas with a digital focus. Regarding project involvement, participants can suggest partnerships and suitable projects, with us facilitating this movement.

MENTORSHIP
Mentoring is a methodology and practice aimed at developing people’s potential, based on the transfer of knowledge and learning through experience, all within a structured process in which a personal relationship of trust is established between a mentor who guides, stimulates, challenges and encourages another according to their needs to maximize talent.
Mentoring ensures the transmission, with precision and effectiveness, of all the knowledge, practices and elements that form the organizational structure and that are key and important for the company. Therefore, it is a methodology that generates the certainty that the trainees are significant both for the participants and for the organization, and that they will faithfully represent personal values.
